NEW DALLAS OFFICE LOCATION

NEW DALLAS OFFICE LOCATION

Thanks to the hard work of our rapidly expanding Dallas team and an ever-growing list of happy clients and successful projects, we’ve outgrown our Dallas office space.   Our new fifth floor location at 8505 Freeport Parkway will provide the room we need to continue to grow.  “We thought 2022 was an epic year for us in Dallas—and it was”, said Braden Forbush, VP and Director of Wright’s Texas Operations.  “With more than half of 2023 left to go, we’ve already surpassed our 2022 numbers and are on target to more than double.”  Our new Dallas address is shown on our website.

WRIGHT PROMOTES FOUR SENIOR ENGINEERS

Wright Engineers is pleased to announce the promotion of four senior engineers to the position of director.  Aditya Inbasekaran, PE, SE and Nick Cosselman, PE in our Dallas office and Josh Erickson, PE, SE and Arrian Forbush, PE in our Las Vegas office.  Each will fill a specialized role in developing and implementing innovative processes and procedures, mentoring and training staff, and directing and overseeing major projects.  “Wright Engineers is proud to recognize the achievements of each of these exceptional engineers”, said Brent Wright, founder and CEO of Wright Engineers’.  “These promotions recognize their talent and efforts and also reflect our commitment to developing leaders and promoting from within.”

MULTI-FAMILY

The ongoing multi-family construction boom fueled by strong demand for rental housing has been keeping our engineers very busy.  Some industry analysts report a cooling trend due to inflation and expectations of a recession but expect the cooling to be tempered by elevated mortgage rates and an ongoing housing shortage. “In the past 12 months alone, we’ve engineered dozens of multi-family projects totaling several thousand units in multiple states,” said Tina Dias, SE, principal in Wright Engineers’ Las Vegas office.  “The greatest demand is for 4 or 5 levels of wood framing over concrete slab on grade or podium.”
