Tahiti Village, A Tropical Island Resort in the Desert

LAS VEGAS, Nevada – Wright Engineers, a Las Vegas multi-discipline engineering firm, has been retained to provide structural engineering services for the latest themed project by vacation ownership developer, Consolidated Resorts. This 22.5-acre master planned resort recently broke ground on their new venture located on the world famous Las Vegas Strip at Warm Springs.

The Tahitian themed timeshare community, known as Tahiti Village, will feature 8 multi-unit residential towers surrounding a lushly landscaped courtyard with swimming pools, hot tub, whirlpools, and a lazy river. Additional recreational amenities include sand volleyball courts, a golf putting green, tennis courts, horseshoe pits, and a reflecting pool with shade cabanas.

Over one million-square-feet of structures ranging from 5-12 stories in height are intended to provide a setting in which guests can relax or enjoy the fun-in-the-sun activities available. Tahiti Village will also feature a 3-story, 42,000-square-foot hotel-style lobby and sales center, a clubhouse, an exercise room, a 6,000-square-foot restaurant that is open 24-hours a day, and a multi-level parking garage.

Carpenter Sellers Architects is providing the architectural design and Martin Harris Construction is the general contractor.
