It's hard to blame this guy.  Sleep mode, low energy windows, zero energy homes and offices, energy saver mode...makes me tired just thinking about it.  Why don't they have a "high energy" mode or a "stand back 'cause this thing's about to go crazy" mode on that sutff?  Just think of the increase in productivity more...
A topping off party was held at the site of the William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration building on September 21st.  Representatives from UNLV and local dignitaries as well as members of the design and construction teams were on hand to celebrate as the final steel beam was hoisted into place.  Construction of the 93,500 square foot building designed by Carpenter Sellers Del Gatto Architects is scheduled to be complete in the Spring of 2018.  Wright Engineers is proud to be the project's structural engineer.
Construction is progressing on the new Lone Mountain Corporate Center located near Craig Road and I-15 interchange in North Las Vegas.  The two concrete tilt-up buildings total about 700,000 square feet and sit on nearly 37 acres.  Major tenants include Hyperloop Technologies, the high tech company developing a new way to move people and things anywhere in the world quickly, safely, efficiently, and on demand using environmentally friendly electric propulsion and levitated autonomous vehicles.  Pauls Corporation is the developer.  Martin-Harris Construction is the general contractor.  Wright Engineers is the structural engineer for Lee & Sakahara Architects.
