The ICON Silverleaf is a new 72-unit luxury condominium complex located within the upscale Silverleaf master-planned resort community. The project is comprised of 8 residential 4-story buildings with open parking as the first level of each building. Wright Engineers’ structural design incorporates the innovative ConXtech chassis-based modular building system which enables the buildings to be erected much faster and with less waste. The development is now open for sales and is slated to begin closing homes in the Fall. The architect is Robert Hidey Architects. The building owner is the The New Home Company.

 

LEGOLAND DEEP SEA ADVENTURE

On July 2nd, 2018 guests set sail on the maiden submarine voyage at the new Lego City: Deep Sea Adventure attraction in Legoland California Resort. Guests ride in a real submarine where they can view over 2,000 salt water sea tropical fish, sharks, rays and other sea creatures. Interactive touch screens help identify undersea creatures and features. Wright Engineers’ Irvine team provided structural, mechanical, and plumbing engineering services for the building shell, tenant improvement, and theming including the 12 foot deep dive tank and supports for the ride. Ethos Architecture is the project’s architect.
