Groundbreaking is scheduled for March 30th for the UNLV William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration. The 93,500 square foot building houses classrooms, offices, and meeting spaces and will help UNLV continue to be ranked as one of the nation’s top hotel and hospitality colleges. Carpenter Sellers Del Gatto Architects retained Wright Engineers to provide structural engineering services for the project.

 

PORSCHE EXPERIENCE CENTER OF LOS ANGELES

Located on 52 acres in Carson, California, the Porsche Experience Center Los Angeles will be the new home of Porsche Motorsport North America. The experience Center offers Porsche enthusiasts the opportunity to navigate an 800 yard handling course in the latest Porsche models. Wright Engineers’ Irvine office was hired by Ware Malcomb Architects to provide MEP engineering services for its 50,000 square foot facility.

 

MARINA HEIGHTS

With a total of 2 million square feet spread over multiple office and retail towers and two subterranean parking levels, Marina Heights is the largest office development in Arizona history. Wright Engineers provided structural engineering for various exterior elements, including canopies, walls, soffit framing, and deck ceilings.
