A 75,000 square foot $16M LEED Gold facility includes two levels of offices housing 100 staff members adjacent to a 3 level parking garage.  The project was awarded the 2013 Mayor’s Urban Design Award for Buildings and their Environs by Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn Goodman.
