ALEXEI’S HOUSE
When KB Home learned that 17 year-old Alexei had to rely on the assistance of a family member to use the bathroom or even wash his hands because his wheelchair could not fit in the bathroom at his home, they decided to help out. Collaborating with their trade partners, KB Home remodeled the house to increase accessibility and accommodate Alexei’s specific needs. The resulting changes have not only given Alexei a newfound independence, but have also have benefitted his entire family.
