Specs:  Tye is a structural engineer licensed in Arizona and five other surrounding states.  He earned a BA degree in physics and MS degree in engineering from Brigham Young University.  Tye is a former board member of the Structural Engineers Association of Arizona and a member of the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona.

On the Job:  Tye oversees all of Wright Engineers’ Arizona operations.  He consistently supports clients and other engineers with practical, feasible, and economical solutions to help their projects become a reality.

After Hours:  Tye loves mounting biking, road biking, running, and playing games with his family.  He is also a talented pianist and occasional organist.  In 2015, Tye was inducted into the Boy Scouts Leader Hall of Fame, and he and his family were named 2015 Scout Family of the Year for San Tan District.  In 2016, Tye placed 3^rd in his age group in a 30 mile bicycle race (an accident, he says).  Tye and his wife April and their 4 children make their home in Chandler, Arizona.
