- Structural Design experience in Industrial, Office, Multifamily, and Retail buildings.
- Currently licensed as a PE or SE is preferred but not required

As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you’ll provide high-level support to the company President, Principal, and a team of engineers. You’ll manage schedules, coordinate meetings, prepare documents, and help keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level administrative support
- Draft proposals, correspondence, and presentations
- Manage contracts and track status
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and expense reports

Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative experience (Executive Assistant preferred)
