SALT LAKE CITY CONDO AND OFFICE TOWER

 

Our Salt Lake City office is putting the finishing touches on this 12-story condo project (left, front tower) the 15-story, 126,000 square foot office tower (center, right of the condo), and is beginning the engineering on the 7-level parking garage. When built, each high-end condo unit will offer residents a balcony with exceptional views into the heart of Sandy and the surrounding Wasatch Mountains.  The project is in close proximity to mass transit and downtown amenities.  We are excited to work with Russell Platt Architecture and Centennial Towers Development, and to contribute to the city’s changing skyline.
