PCBC GOLD NUGGET AWARD
The Manor Scottsdale has been recognized with a prestigious Gold Nugget Award from the Pacific Coast Builders Conference (PCBC). Presented annually by the California Building Industry Association and PCBC, the Gold Nugget Awards are the oldest and most prestigious residential design awards program in the United States.
The 293-unit multifamily development is a four-story wrap-style project located in Scottsdale, Arizona, designed by Humphreys and Partners Architects. Wright Engineers was honored to provide the structural engineering services for this award-winning project.

WRIGHT HELPS FAMILIES FACING HOMELESSNESS
Wright Engineers was honored to partner with HomeAid Orange County, AO Architects, Landsea Homes, and the New Home Co., to transform three historic homes into six units of affordable housing. The newly renovated La Veta Village in Orange, California, is designed to support vulnerable seniors and families facing homelessness.
All of Wright’s structural engineering services were provided pro bono, as part of our ongoing commitment to giving back to the communities we serve.
