UNIVERSITY PARKE STUDENT HOUSING

Design is well underway for phase 1 of the new University Parke Student Housing project located next to the UNLV campus in Las Vegas. Phase 1 includes about 460,000 square feet plus a 5-level interior parking garage and will house about 740 students. The project will replace several outdated apartment buildings currently on the site. Midby Companies is the developer. Humphreys and Partners is the architect. Wright Engineers is providing structural engineering services.
