$4.7 million swimming pool facility on the northeast corner of Washington Avenue and Pecos Road inside Freedom Park. The pool includes two diving boards, a waterslide, men’s and women’s restrooms and showers, a reception area, break room with lockers for the lifeguards and two storage areas.

Luxury 244-unit 6-story apartment community located just steps away from the Los Angeles Angels Stadium as well as Disneyland.  The project includes solar panels on the roof of the community’s six-level parking structure.
