Remodel to current Scott Center includes a new two-story, 10,000 square foot classroom wing, new food service wing, two new architectural tower elements and associated building entry elements, new loggia at front of building, new parapets to hide the relocation of RTU’s, and new exterior deck at elevator area.

460,000 square foot 5-story facility located next to UNLV campus will house 740 students.  The student housing buildings surrounds a 217,000 square foot five-level parking garage.

2-story public school with 14 classrooms

Joint-use community center with the Santa Ana School District. During school hours, a portion of the facility accommodates pre-school education provided by the District.
