Major League Baseball spring training facility for the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Colorado Rockies. The complex contains an 11,000-seat stadium, separate clubhouses for each team, and 12 full-size practice fields. Wright Engineers provided structural engineering services for the exterior cladding and soffits.

29,400 SF municipal swimming pool facility building will consist of a pool for competitive swimming and a shallower pool for recreation

The 29,350 square foot LEED Gold facility provides a variety of activities and services for patrons age 50 and over. The building houses a commercial kitchen, dining area, wellness center, crafts rooms, game room, fitness/weight rooms, multipurpose room, conference rooms, movie room and admin spaces. Outdoor spaces include a BBQ area, and exterior game spaces.

900 seat softball stadium with canopy roof, press box, athletic training room and outdoor batting cages. An indoor hitting and pitching facility is located adjacent to the competition field.
