Education

The 4-story, 66,154 square foot Advanced Clinical Training and Research Center is the first phase for future expansion of University of Nevada Health Sciences System programs including the University of Nevada School of Medicine and the UNLV School of Nursing.  The facility houses classrooms, laboratory and research space, lecture halls, a library and ambulatory care facilities for clinical medicine.

The 45,555 SF Centennial Hills Library is built on a seven-acre site adjacent to the Centennial Hills Community Center and Centennial Hills Park. The facility utilized sustainable design and construction practices which included seeking LEED Silver Certification.

An approximately 23,000 square foot, four-story fraternity house over an 8,400 square foot podium-style subterranean parking garage. The building was planned using the USGBC LEED Guidelines to pursue USGBC Silver certification under the New Construction NC-v3 Program. The buildings and the associated site will be designed and submitted for LEED Certification as one process.

A 92,000 square-foot, LEED designed, two-story high-tech campus building with classroom and laboratory facilities. Constructed of steel framing and exterior concrete tilt-up walls, the award-winning College of Southern Nevada Telecommunications Building was the first successful design/build project for a public entity in Nevada, and also received recognition from the Design-Build Institute of America as the first Green Building in Nevada.
