Wright’s team of  engineers have been a reliable source for several aggressive roll-out programs with Kroger Company including Foods Co., Ralph’s, and Starbucks kiosks. Additionally, our partnership with MulvannyG2 Architecture lead the way for the entrance of a new Kroger concept of offering Murray’s Cheese Shop partner stores in California.

This project consisted of approximately 31,000 square foot, two-Story, Command Center. The building includes a locker/shower area, kitchen, training room, offices and restrooms.

7,826 square foot restaurant with 2,300 square foot partially covered patio utilizing Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs).

Ground-up, single-story, 3,900 SF garage structure to house luxury and racing cars at the exclusive APEX Motorsports Club in south central Arizona.  Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) were used for the walls and roof to expedite construction and enhance interior climate control and energy costs.

The 17,500 square foot building includes an 8 lane bowling alley and two movie theaters with concessions and large truss ceiling lobby.

Eight 3-story wood framed townhome buildings comprising 48 residential units

A 24,000-square-foot showroom and maintenance shop for motorcycles and ATVs.  The building’s industrial look includes an exposed steel structure and a suspended mesh-steel motorcycle display area.

250,000 SF, 32 ft clear interior height tilt-up warehouse utilizing insulated sandwich panels with 20,000 SF storage mezzanine and adjoining 8,000 SF single-story office.

120,000 square foot addition to the existing Santa Maria Town Center Mall. Modeled after the old Santa Maria Theater, the addition is wrapped in a slumpstone veneer to match the historic look of the existing mall. The two-story building features new retail spaces on the first floor and a fourteen screen theater on the second floor. An area of the existing mall roof was removed to create an outdoor courtyard entrance for the theater.
