The site for this home is a steeply sloped lot that netted a walkout basement and a portion of the structure being subterranean. Terraced waterfalls and pools grace the pathway from street level to the front entry. Sliding glass wall-doors opening onto exterior decks were used extensively at the front of the house to allow easy access to beautiful views of the Las Vegas Valley.
