This 8,500 square-foot three-story custom home was designed and constructed for the biannual Street of Dreams luxury home show in Las Vegas. The site for this home is a steeply sloped lot that netted a walkout basement and a portion of the structure being subterranean. Terraced waterfalls and pools grace the pathway from street level to the front entry. Sliding glass wall-doors opening onto exterior decks were used extensively at the front of the house to allow easy access to beautiful views of the Las Vegas Valley.

Terminal 3 includes 1.8 million SF of terminal on three levels, 14 new aircraft gates, terminal facilities for an existing 30-gate concourse that is linked by an ATS people mover system, and a new central plant to service these facilities.  Wright Engineers provided structural engineering services for the 100,000 SF central plant.

1296 SF, 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with mountain views from every window. To maintain interior comfort and energy efficiency year round, the owners chose Wright to design their home with Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) for the roof, walls, and floors, built on stem wall foundations.
