58,745 square foot facility at the Las Vegas Founders Academy campus in Las Vegas.  The building houses a gym and cafeteria as well as classrooms and offices.  Founders Academy of Las Vegas is a tuition-free Nevada public charter school serving students in grades K-12.

Joint-use community center with the Santa Ana School District. During school hours, a portion of the facility accommodates pre-school education provided by the District.
