Adaptive reuse project that transformed an existing former warehouse building into a new modern rustic microbrewery and restaurant. Features a new large vaulted roof over exterior pavilion and large roll-up doors for an open dining experience when weather permits.

Major renovation of a 1990’s building into a modern restaurant specializing in food inspired by coastal Mexico.

Design of steel beam and concrete slab system and new design for wood framing for restaurant remodel.

Remodel of an existing restaurant building, including design of supports for additional mechanical and restaurant equipment, and custom steel moment frame to accommodate new large openings at the bar, covered patio on the east side, and suspended patio on the north side of the building.

Transform a 6,000 SF circa 1960’s former fresh flower warehouse into a restaurant and bar with a modern industrial vibe

Wright provided structural engineering services for the 180 foot tall Thrill Time Sky Coaster.  The design featured innovative detailing of nested steel tubes varying in diameter from 42 inches to 24 inches.  Thrill seekers are dropped from 165 feet in the air and swing through a 450 foot arc, hurtling to within just a few feet of the ground.
