This award-winning luxury apartment building is located in a small, upscale community in the heart of Palo Alto, near Stanford University. The complex features a 3-story apartment building with 11 dwelling units, including a third-story penthouse, and a below grade podium used for parking and mechanical services.  An adjoining 2-story townhouse has two units with garages on the first level and driveways that pass over the podium.  Wright designed these structures using Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) walls and wood framed interior walls, which allowed for a much lighter and stronger structure. In a high seismic zone, such as Palo Alto, this combination significantly reduced the cost of construction.

Located in the heart of Tempe, Arizona, this project consists of 48 three-story townhouses.  Structural masonry block with architectural color and finish were used to create a unique and attractive look.

A master-planned townhome community located in the Woodbury East area of Irvine. Architecture reflects the Tuscan, Spanish, and French accents of surrounding developments within the Woodbury Village. Celadon is made up of attached row townhomes ranging in size from 1,611 to 1,731 square feet.

This project with Ryland homes was the construction of a new development of three-story townhomes called the Plaza. Close to shopping and major freeways and featuring backyards, balconies, and terraces, these luxury single-family townhomes are offered in two-plex, three-plex, and four-plex options.
