Wright’s team of  engineers have been a reliable source for several aggressive roll-out programs with Kroger Company including Foods Co., Ralph’s, and Starbucks kiosks. Additionally, our partnership with MulvannyG2 Architecture lead the way for the entrance of a new Kroger concept of offering Murray’s Cheese Shop partner stores in California.

Ground-up, single-story, 3,900 SF garage structure to house luxury and racing cars at the exclusive APEX Motorsports Club in south central Arizona.  Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) were used for the walls and roof to expedite construction and enhance interior climate control and energy costs.

Paxton Walk features 782 four-story condominium units, 65 two-story town home units, subterranean parking, and 46,000 square feet of commercial and retail units, totaling 1.4 million square feet of enclosed space.

Sector 85 is a vast new development in Mahali, near New Delhi, in northern India. The extensive complex includes commercial offices, mixed-use residential, retail, hospitality, and open green space with lush landscaping.  An office tower and contemporary high-rise residential towers totaling over 1.5 million square feet surround and overlook a lake and boutique resort hotel. Single-family homes are spread over a broad area adjacent to the commercial zone.  Wright Engineers provided services for the condominium towers and single-family home models.
