Trolley North is a cutting-edge off-campus student housing development located between downtown Salt Lake City and the University of Utah campus. This impressive project features a 7- and 8-story student living community with a podium-style parking garage, including a subterranean level. Additionally, the building boasts approximately retail space at ground level, a spacious lobby area, amenity deck, amenity spaces, and terrace space. In total, the development spans over 350,000 SF, accommodating 239 units and 336 parking spaces.

71,400 SF 3-story office medical building

A Tahitian-themed timeshare project that includes a lush courtyard with swimming pools, sand volleyball courts, a golf putting green, tennis courts, and other amenities.  The resort also features a 3-story, 42,000 SF hotel-style lobby and sales center, a multi-level parking garage, a clubhouse, an exercise room, and a 6,000 SF restaurant.

20 water slide and 10 pool water park on 10 acres

7-acre entertainment, dining and retail plaza by developer J Dapper. The development features a 13-screen Galaxy Movie Theater as well as numerous dining and shopping options.

Seismic retrofits for an oceanfront boutique hotel across 24 acres of coastline

Two identical 75,000 square foot tilt-up office buildings.

A 75,000 square foot $16M LEED Gold facility includes two levels of offices housing 100 staff members adjacent to a 3 level parking garage.  The project was awarded the 2013 Mayor’s Urban Design Award for Buildings and their Environs by Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn Goodman.

The 5,000-seat 135,00-square-foot facility is home to GCU’s men’s and women’s basketball teams and accommodates mid-size sporting events, musical performances, speaking engagements and conferences.  Wright provided structural engineering services for all the light-gage steel on the project.
