Banks, restaurants, a shopping center, and a three-story 90,000 square foot office building on a 10-acre site. For the 3-story building, Wright Engineers designed twin three-story hybrid steel frames at the building “cores” and load-bearing wood studs in the outer walls. This innovative hybrid system saved 15% on the cost of the structure.

Three-story 88,000 SF tilt-up office, warehouse, and manufacturing facility

Winner of the NAIOP of Southern Nevada 2016 Spotlight Award.  Conveniently located in downtown Henderson, the project is a 10,500 square foot two-story building featuring a marketing center on the ground floor with interactive kiosks for homebuyers.  Vision glass within brick masonry adds to the open and modern look of the building which includes 5,000 square feet of suburban Class A office space on its second level.

One of several buildings in a retail center boasting 350,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, and office space spread over 30 acres. This two-story steel-framed building consists of approximately 38,800 square feet of office space.

21,000 SF one-story animal shelter

The project included both a 12,000 square foot addition for equipment and vehicle storage, administrative and training offices, bunk rooms, an emergency response center, and,  renovation of the existing 12,000 square foot building.  The project is pursuing LEED Silver certification.
